Returns Policy

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges:

• Due to the custom nature of our products, all orders are made-to-order based on each customer's unique measurements and specifications. As such, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any orders. It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide accurate measurements and thoroughly review their order details before submission. We are not liable for fitting issues resulting from incorrect measurements or order details provided by the customer. Furthermore, by placing an order on our website, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the product is uniquely tailored and cannot be resold or repurposed. Upon delivery, the customer accepts the product as ordered unless a defect is reported within 48 hours. By completing your purchase, the customer agrees to this policy and all other terms and conditions outlined on our website.
