1. Do you make custom gowns?

  • Yes! We are a team of professional dressmakers specializing in custom wedding and evening gowns tailored to your specifications.

2. How does ordering a custom gown from your website work?

  • Place your order.

  • Fill out the measurement form (available in the menu bar on our homepage).

  • Submit the form to Sales@BellaLunaGowns.com or text it to +1 805-217-1300.

  • If you want to modify the design, contact us prior to placing your order. Only certain designs can be modified.

  • Production begins once we receive the measurement form. Typical production time is 3-4 months but varies by season. Contact us for an exact time frame.

3. How does ordering my own design work?

  • Submit images of your inspiration gowns along with any modifications you would like to make. This helps us understand your expectations.

  • We will provide a cost estimate if we can create the gown.

  • If you wish to proceed, we will create a custom listing for you to place your order.

  • Complete our measurement form.

  • Fabric Selection: We will send you options for premium-quality fabrics to choose from.

4. Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, we ship worldwide. Please contact us prior to placing your order. Shipping costs will be applied at checkout. 

  • Customs and Tariff Fees: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or tariff fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the price of the gown or shipping charges and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

5. How long does it take to receive my gown?

  • Production time: typical production time is 3-4 months but may vary depending on the season and order volume. We strongly recommend placing orders at least 6 months before your event to ensure timely delivery.
  • Domestic Shipping (Continental U.S.): Typically 2-5 business days.

  • International Shipping: Shipping times vary depending on destination and customs regulations, usually ranging from 14-20 business days.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes for international shipments.

6. What happens if I provide incorrect measurements?

  • We rely on the measurements you provide. If they are incorrect, alterations may be needed, which are the customer’s responsibility. 

    • It is the customer’s responsibility  to:

      • Provide accurate and complete measurements.

      • Review all order details carefully before submission.

7. Can I expedite my order?

  • Rush orders may be possible depending on our production schedule. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

8. Can I cancel or change my order?

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, changes cannot be made as production begins shortly thereafter.

9. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges

10. Why are all sales Final?

  • Because every Bella Luna Gown is made to your unique measurements and design preferences, it cannot be resold or repurposed. This is an industry standard for all custom-made clothing to ensure that each piece is exclusively yours and tailored to perfection.

11. Our Commitment:

While we cannot offer returns or exchanges, we are here to help ensure your experience is as smooth as possible. 

  • We ensure every gown is inspected for quality and craftsmanship before shipping.

  • In the unlikely event of a production error on our end, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

12. Fitting and Alterations:

  • Minor alterations may be required to achieve the perfect fit due to the nature of custom tailoring.

  • Alteration costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not reimbursed by Bella Luna Gowns.

13. Cancellations:

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations are not permitted as production begins shortly thereafter.

14. Payment Options:

  • Customers may choose to pay in full at the time of purchase.

  • We also offer installment payment options through Klarna and Shop Pay, allowing you to split your purchase into manageable payments. These options are available at checkout.

  • All payments must be completed before production begins.
