Our Couture Timeline

Because your gown is made-to-measure, production takes time and care.

Production: up to 16 weeks (about 4 months)
Recommended: order 6 months before your wedding/event (4–6 months ideal)
Event within 16 weeks? Rush availability is limited — please email us before ordering.

A Note Before You Visit

Bella Luna Gowns is an online couture atelier. We are not a traditional bridal boutique with racks of pre-made gowns to try on in standard sizes.

Each gown is created from scratch based on your measurements and specifications. For this reason, we do not offer in-person try-ons.

Custom Design Requests (Bespoke)

If you’re requesting a new custom design, please attach 2–5 inspiration photos and include a few lines describing what you love in each image (ex. neckline like image 1, sleeves like image 2, fabric, train length, fabric feel, embellishment, etc.). The more specific you are, the more accurately we can quote and create.

Important for Orders Shipping Outside the U.S.

International orders may be subject to customs duties/import fees determined by your country. These fees are not collected by Bella Luna Gowns. We recommend checking your local customs guidelines prior to ordering to avoid surprises.

What Happens Next

Once we review your request, we’ll confirm timeline, feasibility, and any customization fees (if applicable). After your specifications are finalized and submitted, your order becomes locked to protect craftsmanship, accuracy, and timing. When your gown is complete, we share completion photos for approval before shipping.
