FAQ 

1) Do you have a physical store? Can I try on gowns in person?
Bella Luna Gowns is an online couture atelier, so we do not offer in-person try-ons. Each gown is created from scratch to your measurements and finalized specifications. By operating online (rather than as a full showroom), we’re able to focus our investment where it matters most—materials, craftsmanship, and made-to-measure construction—while offering couture at a more accessible price point than many traditional boutiques.

2) What is your production timeline?
Production: up to 16 weeks (about 4 months).
Recommended: order 6 months before your wedding/event (4–6 months ideal).
Event within 16 weeks? Rush availability is limited — please email us before ordering.

3) How do measurements work?
After you place your order, we email you a measurement form and next steps. Measurements are submitted by the client—most clients have them taken by a local tailor/seamstress or with help from someone they trust.

4) Will my gown fit me?
Your gown is made using the measurements you provide and the specifications you approve. For the best results, we recommend having measurements taken by a professional using our form and double-checking them before submission.

5) Will I need alterations?
Most our clients find their gown fits beautifully when measurements are taken accurately. However, some clients may still choose minor tailoring after delivery for personal preference/ perfect fit (such as comfort adjustments, etc..). Any alterations after delivery are the client’s responsibility.
