Production & Shipping

Each Bella Luna gown is handcrafted to order.

• Production time: approximately 3–4 months depending on design complexity and seasonal demand.
• Orders placed during peak wedding season (January–February) may require approximately 5–6 months.
• We recommend ordering at least 5–6 months before your wedding whenever possible.
• U.S. orders ship fully insured with tracking and typically arrive within 2–5 business days after final quality inspection.
• International orders are accepted upon request.

Custom Order Policy

Every Bella Luna gown is individually handcrafted specifically for each bride. Because production begins shortly after your order is confirmed, all sales are final once pattern drafting and fabric cutting have begun.

If a sizing issue occurs due to production error, our seamstress group will work with you to provide the appropriate solution. Minor local alterations are common with all couture garments and remain the responsibility of the customer.
