Made-to-Measure Bridal Fit

Each Eloide wedding dress is individually created according to the bride's submitted measurements. After your order is placed, Bella Luna Gowns will provide our detailed bridal measurement instructions so the required measurements can be carefully completed and confirmed before production begins.

Built-in bra cups and internal bodice support are incorporated into the gown's structured design. Because every body is unique, minor local alterations may still be needed after delivery for a couture-level fit. Any local alteration costs are the customer's responsibility.

Production & Shipping

Because each garment is handcrafted to order, our standard production timeline may take up to 16 weeks depending on design complexity, customization details, and seasonal order volume. We strongly recommend completing your order 5–6 months before your wedding day or scheduled event.

U.S. Shipping: Insured and tracked U.S. delivery typically takes 2–6 business days after final inspection and shipment.

International Orders: International orders may be accepted by request only. Please contact us before placing an international order so we can confirm availability, shipping options, and estimated delivery timing. Duties, taxes, and local import fees are the customer's responsibility.

Eloide is custom-made to order. Production begins after your order details, measurements, and any approved customization requests are confirmed. Because this is a custom-made couture piece, all sales are final once production begins. Customers are responsible for submitting accurate measurements and reviewing all order details carefully.
