Because the gown combines a low open back with delicate straps, support will remain light and discreet. Made-to-Measure Fit

This gown will be created using the client’s submitted measurements, including her confirmed hollow-to-floor measurement and wedding heel height. The client is responsible for providing complete and accurate measurements and reviewing all approved order details before production begins.

Made-to-measure construction improves the gown’s proportions and starting fit but does not guarantee that no alterations will be required. Minor local alterations may still be needed after delivery and remain the client’s responsibility.

Production and Shipping

Production may take up to 16 weeks after the final design details, measurements, fabric selection, and customization requests have been confirmed.

After final inspection, insured and tracked U.S. delivery typically takes approximately 2–6 business days. International delivery is available by request; applicable duties, taxes, and fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Custom Order Policy

This gown is being produced specifically for the named client. All approved design details, measurements, and customization requests must be reviewed carefully before production begins.

Once production begins, the order is final and cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded. Alteration expenses, if needed after delivery, are not included in the purchase price.

The photographs supplied by the client communicate the desired silhouette, neckline, back treatment, fabric appearance, and overall design direction. They serve as inspiration for an original Bella Luna custom interpretation and are not a promise of an exact replica.

Final details—including the cowl drape, seam placement, back depth, satin sheen, flare placement, and train proportions—may vary according to the client’s measurements, selected materials, and the construction required for a secure and wearable gown. Satin color and sheen may also appear different under various lighting conditions and screens.
