Made-to-Measure Fit

Royal Regal is created according to the measurements submitted with the order rather than relying exclusively on standard ready-to-wear sizing.

The lace-up corset back provides adjustable shaping through the bust and waist. Structured boning and built-in bra cups offer additional support and help maintain the sculpted bodice silhouette.

Measurements should be taken carefully while wearing the undergarments and shoes intended for the celebration whenever possible.

Made-to-measure construction improves proportional fit but does not guarantee that local tailoring will never be necessary. Minor alterations may occasionally be required after delivery to perfect the final fit. Alteration expenses are the customer’s responsibility.

Production & Shipping

Please allow up to 16 weeks for production.

Because Royal Regal includes extensive hand-applied embellishment, layered skirt construction, detachable accessories and detailed finishing, we recommend ordering approximately five to six months before the event date.

Every completed gown is carefully inspected before shipment.

U.S. orders ship insured following final inspection. Typical U.S. transit time is approximately two to six business days after shipment.

International ordering may be considered by request only. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges or destination fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Custom Order Policy

Bella Luna Gowns specializes in made-to-measure and customized formalwear created specifically for each client.

Once production begins, all sales are final. Made-to-measure and customized gowns cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled after production has started.

Customers are responsible for submitting complete and accurate measurements. Although the gown is created according to the measurements provided, local tailoring may occasionally be required to perfect the final fit.

All alteration expenses are the customer’s responsibility.

Significant customization may change the appearance, construction, proportions, lace placement or embellishment placement of the original gown.
