Made-to-Measure Fit

This gown is created according to the client's submitted measurements rather than standard ready-to-wear sizing. After purchase, Bella Luna Gowns will provide a detailed measurement form and measurement instructions for the gown and detachable sleeves.

The client is responsible for submitting complete and accurate measurements. Because body shape, posture, footwear, and personal fit preferences can affect the final fit of a custom garment, minor local tailoring adjustments may occasionally be needed. Any local alteration costs are the customer's responsibility.

Production & Shipping

Custom gown production may take up to 16 weeks depending on design complexity and seasonal atelier volume. We recommend ordering approximately 5–6 months before the wedding or event whenever possible to allow time for production, final inspection, shipping, and any desired local tailoring adjustments.

U.S. Shipping: Insured U.S. delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after final inspection and shipment.

International Orders: International orders may be accepted by request only. Please contact us before placing an international order so we can confirm availability, shipping options, and estimated delivery timing. International duties, taxes, and import charges are the customer's responsibility.
